We take great care to ensure that every instance of communication with you has some definite purpose and agenda. Our Project Managers will also inform you beforehand about the topic of discussion so that you can be prepared for the same. It is part of the Project Managers' daily routine to update the Client Coordinator about the latest status of the project so that you're always in control of the project. We strive to ensure that you find the Project Status Report in your mail before having to ask for it. You can also log on to the Client Area on our website and obtain the latest Project Status Report at any time. We are also working on implementing a system by which our clients can get Status updates on demand on normal cell-phones using SMS. So, irrespective of where you are, you can simply send an SMS to a predefined number given to you and within a few minutes, you will receive an automated SMS reply containing the latest Project Status in brief.
- Flexible and Efficient Channels of Communication:
We strive to provide as much flexibility as possible in terms of the communication channels. Almost all communication takes place using Internet based channels. The Project Manager however remains always accessible on phone to the Client side coordinator. Leveraging on our real-world experiences in the field, we have designed and developed a comprehensive Web Based Issue Tracking System for project related communication.
